Delete Your Account
Delete your account in the app: Settings, About & Legal, Delete Account. Deletion happens when you confirm and cannot be undone.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Praxis Saxophone and go to Settings.
- Choose About & Legal, then Delete Account (under Account Management).
- Read the confirmation, type
DELETE, and confirm.
Deletion starts as soon as you confirm. It is permanent and cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your data first, Export My Data is on the same screen.
What is deleted
When you confirm, we delete your account and the data tied to it:
- Your profile and sign-in (your account is removed from our authentication service).
- Your practice history, progress and usage records.
- Audio and recordings you uploaded, generated stems and scanned scores stored with your account.
- Your subscription profile data and device calibration data held on our servers.
- Requests you made to generate exercise guide audio.
The app also erases the account’s data stored on your device and returns you to the start screen.
We also ask our subscription provider, RevenueCat, to delete your subscriber record, and we queue deletion of anonymised Praxis Coach interaction traces that are linked to a hashed identifier rather than to your name or email. See our Sub-processor Disclosure for the providers involved.
What is not deleted
- Store subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
- A few device settings. Settings that describe your phone rather than you, such as microphone calibration and sensitivity, and sound preferences, stay on the device.
- Crash reports. These are kept for up to 90 days, as described in section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
If you cannot open the app
Email support@clefscape.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We respond within 30 days.
For how we handle your data in general, see the Privacy Policy.
